The rankings were determined through a criteria developed by Best Companies Group, of Harrisburg, Pa., following employee surveys and interviews. The number of companies participating in the survey is said to have more than doubled this year, according to James E. Elsener, President of Ledger Publishing, Inc., and Publisher of The Business Ledger.
