Biography

As Senior Vice President of Product and Technology at Paylocity, I lead the strategy and execution of innovative product solutions to enhance workforce management through technology. I oversee the development and delivery of cutting-edge products, leveraging emerging technologies to meet the evolving needs of our customers. By fostering a culture of collaboration and agility, I ensure that we continue to deliver exceptional value, helping businesses optimize their HR and payroll processes.

In my prior role as Chief Transformation Officer at Ellucian, I drove business transformation efforts, focusing on aligning product development with strategic goals, streamlining operations, and integrating emerging technologies to enhance business performance. Over my 25+ years with Ellucian, I also had the privilege of leading teams focused on new product development, integrating acquisitions, and driving revenue growth. My expertise lies in building high-performing global teams, spearheading business transformation, and delivering impactful solutions that meet customers' evolving needs.

In my previous roles, I aligned sales and field teams with strategies for global, industry-leading product delivery as Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Operations. As Senior Vice President of Product Strategy, I led teams in defining solution priorities, go-to-market strategies, and roadmaps for long-term success. Earlier, as Vice President of R&D, I led global product development teams, overseeing engineering, test design, and user experience.

I'm passionate about supporting women in technology, promoting STEM education, and mentoring early-career professionals to foster a collaborative, inclusive environment for the next generation of leaders. I hold a B.B.A. in applied information systems and business from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. Outside of work, I stay engaged with my community and seek opportunities to give back.
