Andres D. Reiner
Andres is PROS President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He has been with PROS since 1999, and has held a broad range of leadership roles across product development, marketing and alliances, which provided insight for the foundation of his growth strategy.
Andres’ strategy and vision for the company centers around innovation, customer success, and helping employees achieve their full potential. He has instilled a tenacious and passionate company culture that drives customer-centricity and fuels employees’ desire to outperform. Since Andres’ appointment to CEO, the company has achieved record revenue growth of more than 20 percent each year, while more than doubling the size of its team.
Under Andres’ leadership, PROS has also introduced numerous new products developed both internally and through the company’s first-time acquisitions. By keeping innovation at the forefront of the company’s development efforts, expanding its global reach and scale, and growing its partner ecosystem, PROS has opened doors to new markets and strengthened its position in the market.
A 20-year veteran of the technology industry, Andres has held technical and management positions at Platinum Technology; ADAC Healthcare Information Systems; and Kinesix, a division of Scientific Software Intercomp.
In addition to Paylocity, Andres serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Houston Partnership and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Reiner earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
