Monica Roberts

As Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Chief Diversity Officer, I have dual responsibilities that include both shaping the vision and strategic initiatives to compete for the top talent in the market as well as creating a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects our company's values and future ambitions. I work in partnership with CXO’s, business leaders, HR leaders, and external partners, in reinforcing our commitment to diversity and inclusion at all levels of our organization while we stay as an employer of choice in the industry, for our current and future talents. I believe that the ability to attract high-performing, top talent is a direct reflection of a company's culture. This begins with keeping our current workforce motivated, not just today, but well into the future, by delivering an exceptional, personalized experience to our employees right from their interview process all the way through onboarding and beyond. By translating market trends and diversity best practices into actionable plans, we're better equipped to deliver best-in-class products and services while fostering a work environment that values diversity and inclusion. I lead a group of talented professionals that spans across Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and Corporate Social Responsibility functions.
